I’m so glad our paths have crossed! I am a person who deeply believes that all BIPOC folks deserve access to life-affirming care spaces where we can un-mask and be authentically ourselves in our journey towards collective liberation. Over the last 10+ years, counseling has been one of the grounding spaces that has personally helped me reconnect with parts of myself, lighten the emotional load, and move towards more transformative ways of being with self/community. As a clinical social worker, I know that personal growth/“healing”/recovery is not always linear. I feel honored to walk alongside QT/BIPOC teens, young adults, and adults as they move through life transitions, intersectional identity exploration, and trauma recovery. I enjoy going beyond one-size-fits-all approaches to care by weaving together specialized modalities (i.e. EMDR, etc.) with body-based/somatic practices, expressive/narrative techniques, decolonized cultural understandings of complex trauma, harm reduction principles, and a politicized, queer-feminist, systemic lens. Community members often share that they appreciate my warm, explicitly anti-oppressive, playful, and empowering approach that helps them deepen their connection to inner wisdom. I feel most energized when co-creating care that supports queer/trans+ BIPOC folks in feeling more at home in their body-minds and reclaiming joy! In my free time, I rest, collab on community advocacy projects, collage, and hang out in the sun with my doggo Frankie.

**In an effort to increase accessibility and embody Disability Justice principles, I currently offer telehealth sessions, centering the needs of disabled, chronically ill, and neurodivergent folks. As a Clinical Social Work Associate, I am supervised by Diana Latorre, LCSW, CADC-III and Anjuli Shah-Johnson, LCSW, LMT.**
