I strive to hold a sacred space for you to show up as you are to unpack the pieces that are calling to be unpacked.
With a background working in public health within communities across the globe, the foundation of my work is rooted within understanding the range of factors that are influencing how you show up in the world. I trust each being is the expert in their story - I want to hear your story and discover where it grows in our work together. I approach counseling dynamically while centering you whole-istically. As a certified yoga instructor, I also welcome practices of breathwork, awareness, and gentle movement. My areas of interest include, but are not limited to racial battle fatigue, identity development, coping with life transitions, polyamory, self-esteem, stress, and building mindfulness skills. As a student of life, I am dedicated to continuing earning.
