Join us on Feb. 18th for Black Wellness Sunday, a time to be in community during Black History Month to Rest & Restore ourselves.
We offer this event exclusively to Black folks who want to gather and experience restorative healing practices. Register for "General Admission" and you'll have access to Ear Accupressure, a station to make soothing bath salts, enjoy a delicious immuno-boosting tea, and journaling-quiet reflection area. You can sign up for a 40 minute Guided Rest Circle, led by mental health practitioners and access to all other activities.
"Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion."
bell hooks, All About Love.
Tickets are FREE, please REGISTER HERE to reserve your spot.
