Led by Somatic Therapists Anjuli Shah-Johnson, LCSW & Deja Svastisalee, M.Ed. of Sankofa Counseling

An invitation to witness the inner connections between our bodies, emotions, and inner magic using the chakras as a spiritual lens.

We will look at the interwoven threads within ourselves as well as the communities we surround ourselves with. Each session tends to a different area. Join for all, or just the ones that call to you!

We will gather on Sundays 1 PM to 3 PM, February 23rd, March 16th, and April 13th
